THIS is the stomach-churning moment a large, fatty tumour is removed from a man’s arm by Dr Pimple Popper.
Dr Sandra Lee has squeezed cysts on heads and removed blackheads from backs, but her latest video sees her get stuck into a man’s arm.
He’s had a slow-growing lump, called a lipoma, for an astonishing 15 years and finally decided it was time to deal with it.
So of course Sandra is the person he turns to, and she quickly gets stuck in.
The footage shows the doctor carefully making an incision in the growth, before using various implements to open up the cut.
She then roots around inside the guy’s arm to find the mass before excitedly explained: “It’s crowning!”
Then it’s the moment all Pimple Popper fans will be waiting for – the extraction.
She carefully pulls the yellow mass, twisting and tugging to get it free, while commenting: “He’s got a little Mohawk.”
Eventually she manages it, although it’s still attached to the man’s arm via a stringy bond.
One snip and that is free, with Sandra left only with the task of stitching the man up.
The video has already gone down well with fans, and they aren’t just interested in Sandra’s scalpel skills.
One commented: “And his nickname shall be Sexy Voice Man.”
Prompting another to add: “Good call. I kept thinking. This guy must hot and has a great voice.”
They could be in luck, as the guy mentions he has lots of lipomas on his body so maybe he’ll be back for a second sitting.
