Helpfully, she broke down exactly where the £90 went, so other people could also spruce up their own kitchens without spending a fortune.

She turned her black worktops into chic wooden counters, using self-adhesive film from B&M which cost £8.99 for a roll.

The woman then spruced up the tiles using £17.99 Dulux Tile Paint in the shade Jade White, before using £15 Rustoleum furniture paint on the cupboards.

Her handles were £22 from Amazon, and the bar pulls were £15 for a pack of 10.

Unsurprisingly, her DIY kitchen has seriously impressed Facebook users, and racked up over 2,700 likes.
