PreviewsEverything seemed to go wrong for QUADRILATERAL in the Fillies' Mile, yet she managed to quicken up smartly from off the pace to win on the line. Roger Charlton's daughter of Frankel accounted for Love (third) and Boomer (fifth) on that occasion and, if she has improved again from two to three, is going to take some stopping on her return. Millisle somehow got beat at Salisbury two starts ago but then outstayed Raffle Prize in the Cheveley Park, shaping as though she'd get a mile this year. Under The Stars' form ties in with a couple of these and she showed a likeable attitude when landing a sales race here in October, while Shimmering is a fascinating contender after winning a Lingfield novice contest. John Gosden may have opted to try and win a handicap with her off 80, but the decision to run in a Classic first time up as a three-year-old suggests she's delighting connections at home.
