Jadon Sancho net worth: When does Dortmund and England star’s contract run out and how much does he earn?

JADON SANCHO has emerged as one of the world's promising young stars.

Still only 20 years old, the England and Dortmund forward has exploded on the scene after moving to the Bundesliga from Man City in 2017.

And he will get to strut his stuff sooner rather than later with the Bundesliga becoming the first European league to return from Covid-19 suspension.

When does Jadon Sancho's Dortmund contract run out?

Sancho was always a shining star in the Man City youth setup after a £500,000 switch from Watford at the age of just 14.

But frustrated by a lack of first-team opportunities, he left Eastlands three years ago for Dortmund - and hasn't looked back.

Since arriving for just £8million, he's netted 31 times in 90 games, set assist records across the board and more than proved himself on the international scene.

Although initially starting out with Dortmund II, he was quickly fast-tracked into the first team and is now a key player in Lucien Favre's title-chasing side.

Sancho's initial deal ran until 2022, but he reportedly signed an extension last August which upped his wage but didn't change the duration.

How much does he earn each week?

Sancho's rise at Dortmund has been meteoric and he's more than trebled his wages since arriving at the club.

He signed a contract extension with the club in 2018 which saw his wages rise to £70,000-a-week.

But after a terrific season, Dortmund made him one of their highest earners and upped his pay to a whopping £190,000-a-week, including bonuses.

What is Jadon Sancho's net worth?

Still only 20, Sancho's wealth sky-rocketed when he signed his new contract in August 2019.

Man Utd are circling to bring him back to England, whilst there is also interest from former club City and Chelsea, who he supported as a boy.

But it looks like they will have to shell out over £100m to bring him back home.

As Sancho's valuation has grown, so has his personal wealth - and his contract alone will have netted him over £10m this season.

Although we don't know for sure his personal finances, according to the CIES Football Observatory, as of August 2019 Sancho is worth £182m as an asset.

That makes him more valuable than Neymar and potentially one of football's most expensive players.
