Love Island winner Jessica Hayes gives birth to a baby boy and reveals she nearly delivered him a car
JESSICA Hayes has given birth to a baby boy called Presley.
The Love Island series one winner, 26, announced the news this morning on Instagram by sharing an adorable snap of her little boy's hands.
Giving fans details of the birth, Jessica revealed it was relatively smooth, although she did come close to giving birth in her car.
She wrote: "Welcome to the world Presley James Lawry 27th June 6lbs 11 🌎❤️ You are so perfect in every way I can’t even describe the way I’m feeling right now and you really didn’t want to wait around 12 days early..
"my waters broke yesterday and you were literally here within 3 hours I didn’t think we were going to make it to the hospital so close to having you in the car but we made it to a room and out you came no pain relief for mumma 😁💪🏽."
The reality star announced she was expecting her first child in January as she gushed about her excitement to "fall in love forever".
She revealed her "surprise blessing" with fiancé Dan Lawry to fans on Instagram.
"Baby Lawry arriving 9th July 2019," she wrote. "So relieved I can finally reveal this news, it's been super hard to hide for months I've been a bit quiet dealing with sickness , tiredness, bad skin you know the rest.
"But the belly is growing and it's pretty much impossible to hide now.
"It definitely was a surprise and wow what a blessing this is, I cannot wait to meet this special little human, you are going to be so loved!
"Feeling so grateful and excited to start this new journey and fall in love forever .. We already love you so much.
"Big thank you to @jandjeventplanning for helping us capture this moment and making it perfect."
Her fiancé Dan showed he's serious about his commitment to the mother of his child by getting a huge portrait of her face tattooed on his leg.
The Love Island 2015 winner unveiled the intricate inking along with the comically positioned word 'MINE' along with an arrow pointing at her face.
The couple got engaged after six months of dating and Jess couldn't wait to share the news with her followers.
