Adele shows off ‘seven stone’ weight loss as she poses in tiny black dress for rare 32nd birthday snap
ADELE showed off her impressive "seven-stone" weight loss in a rare Instagram photo to celebrate her 32nd birthday.
Adele took to social media earlier this morning to thank fans for the birthday wishes.
In the picture, the star is showing off her enviable legs as she poses in a tiny black mini-dress with a high neck and statement sleeves.
She looks almost unrecognisable as she beams at the camera, with her eyes wandering to somebody off-camera.
Adele is using a stunning floral hoop as a photo op, and has her blonde hair straight and loose around her shoulders.
She captioned the post: "Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time.
"I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels
"2020 okay bye thanks".
Her followers were floored by the snap, with fellow celeb Chrissy Teigen commenting: "I mean, are you kidding me."
A fan added: "Omg Adele you look amazing? Welcome back to social media. I love you."
A third wrote: "THAT WAIST IS SNATCHEDDDDDDD!!!!"
The star's friend Lauren Paul also shared a new image of Adele in a birthday tribute to her famous pal.
In a throwback to their time in Las Vegas together, Adele is smouldering in a fitted black dress with tights and tan boots.
She has her hair tied back into a classy updo, drawing attention to her high cheekbones, and accessorised with gold hoop earrings.
Lauren captioned the post: "Happy birthday angel babe @Adele. You came into my life a few months before I had Story and you quickly became one of the most important figures in my journey as a new mother.
"You have taught me so much. You glow because your heart is full. I'm so proud of the human you are. Wish we were reliving this Vegas sleepover."
Adele shocked fans when she debuted her trim new look last year, after sticking to The Sirtfood Diet, which encourages slimmers to eat plant foods such as kale and buckwheat.
She is also said to have taken up reformer pilates with pal Ayda Field, with The Sun Online revealing last October that Adele had been doing high-intensity workouts at home - including Joe Wicks videos.
Adele has overhauled her look since splitting from husband of eight years Simon Konecki in April 2019 — who she shares seven-year-old son Angelo with.
It is unclear how much weight Adele has lost exactly, but it is reported to be around seven stone in total.

The new post comes just days after Adele's make-up artist hinted that a new album is on the way.
Michael Ashton, who has worked with the beauty for 12 years, shared a photo of the star doing her eyeliner while on a video call with him, teasing: "BTW.... EXCITING NEWS COMING SOON!!
"GET READY TO GET ON BOARD."
The singer has not released an album since 2015's 25, and had previously said she would release her fourth studio album in September of this year.
