I’M THE FATHER!

Alaskan Bush People’s Bear Brown files paternity test result proving he’s dad of ex’s baby amid bitter custody battle

ALASKAN Bush People star Bear Brown has filed his paternity test results in court as he enters into a bitter custody battle with his ex, Raiven Adams.

The 31-year-old - who initially denied he was nine-week-old River's dad - confirmed he is the father after taking a DNA test and his lawyers have now sent the paperwork to Alaska's courts.

Bear filed the documents as a reply to Raiven's counter-claims in which she demanded sole custody of their son after he filed for joint custody.

Raiven's court filing read: “It is in the best interests of the minor child that defendant Raiven Adams have sole legal custody of the minor child.”

The documents also read it is in River’s best interests for Raiven to have “primary physical custody of the minor child.”

She is asking for Bear to have “restricted visitation” with the two-month-old.

Raiven is also asking the Alaskan Bush People star pay child support effective March 9, when River was born.

Bear previously revealed in an Instagram video that he is the father of River.

Bear said in the clip: “Hey everybody, I've got some awesome news to share with you all. It is one hundred per cent official - River is my son, I got the results in today.

"It is awesome news it was never any doubt but in order for me to get equal rights as a parent that is one thing I had to prove that I am actually River's dad.”

Raiven gave birth to River on March 9, 2020 and has been raising him on her own, as Bear was not present for the birth and has yet to meet him.

Bear and Raiven have had a tumultuous relationship.

She filed a restraining order against Bear in February, accusing him of exhibiting “erratic” and “abusive” behavior.

She claimed he threatened her with a gun and boasted that “gun laws don’t apply” to him.

The restraining order has since been dropped.
