Is Burger King open? Here’s the full list of branches reopening for delivery and drive thru
BURGER King closed all of its restaurants in March in a bid to help stop the spread of the deadly coronavirus.
But now, almost two months later, Burger King has reopened around 50 restaurants in the UK - but only for drive-thru and delivery.

A further 72 will open their doors once again from Monday, May 18.
Burger King has confirmed the first 54 locations for these restaurants, with the remaining 18 outlets to be confirmed in the next few days.
Burger King UK chief executive Alasdair Murdoch said they plan on opening "20 or so" more restaurants per week.
The restaurants that are currently open:

Customers can place their orders using delivery services Deliveroo and Just Eat
The Havant restaurant was also the first Burger King drive-thru to be reopened last week.
Fans queued up in their cars to be one of the first to get their hands on the burgers as soon as they were open again.
Several procedures have been put in place to safeguard the health of both Burger King employees and customers.
These include:
- Additional PPE such as masks and gloves for staff
- Stringent cleaning measures
- Contactless delivery options via Deliveroo and Just Eat
- Burger King staff trained on government social distancing measures – including how to run kitchens hygienically while following them.
Burger King temporarily shut down all restaurants in March following government orders for all non-essential shops to close.
This was to encourage Brits to stay at home to limit the spread of Covid-19 to relieve the pressure on the NHS.

The chain will also be donating 1,000 meals per week to staff working at NHS hospitals local to the re-opened restaurants.
Unfortunately, not everything on the menu will be available but classics such as the chicken Royale, bacon double cheeseburger and whopper will be.
