Dad Phil, 75, of New Ash Green, Kent, said: “One day I feel it will be solved.”

Anguished Phil Kerton pleaded with police to probe his daughter's disappearance — saying evil Christian B targeted victims of all ages.

Louise, 24, went missing in Germany in 2001 while the Madeleine McCann murder suspect was flitting between Portugal and his German homeland.

Christian B has now been linked with cases ranging from a missing girl of five to the killing of a prostitute. Phil, 75, told The Sun: “Christian seems to have gone after all ages, despite preferring the very young.

"I would urge police to make sure his whereabouts and his activities at the time of Louise’s disappearance are properly investigated.”

DAD'S PLEA TO COPS

Christian B, 43, was released from prison for a abusing a child just seven months before Louise vanished, court papers reveal.

He moved to Praia da Luz but documents from a later rape trial, seen by The Sun, show he regularly switched between Portugal and Germany over the following years. Louise lived with her fiance Peter Simon in Broadstairs, Kent.

But after she failed her final year of a nursing course they decided to spend the summer with his mum Ramana in Strassfeld, near the former West German capital Bonn.

Peter returned to the UK two days before Louise to collect items for refurbishing their flat. On July 30 his mother gave Louise a lift to Aachen railway station to catch a train to the Belgian port of Ostend.

From there Louise planned to get the hovercraft back to the UK. Peter turned up in Dover to meet her but she never arrived.

The authorities in Germany were never able to confirm whether she got on the train. Kent Police investigated but were frustrated by the German police refusing to class it as a criminal inquiry, saying there was no evidence she had come to harm.

Father-of-five Phil said: “Louise’s photo is on the wall along with all the other children. I see it every day as I go past. This is always there.

"I have read that the German police are taking an interest in finding out where Christian B was in relation to unsolved cases, so I hope Louise’s gets drawn in.”

He added: “There is a continual emotional impact of not knowing what happened to your daughter.

“With a death you get used to living with that loss and you have your memories. But with this, every now and again you restart imagining what might have happened and what could still happen.”

'ONE DAY I FEEL IT WILL BE SOLVED'

He said he was certain she is dead and went on: “It’s just a question of what has become of the body. One day I feel it will be solved.”

In 2010 Louise’s mum Kath died of cancer. In 2011 Phil called on then-PM David Cameron, who had just asked the Met to launch a new probe into Madeleine’s disappearance, for help.

Phil said at the time: “We want the same treatment for Louise so we know every piece of evidence has been put through proper scrutiny.”

Soon afterwards German police closed the case but Phil, of New Ash Green, Kent, hired private detectives. They concluded Louise was dead but were unable to trace her body.

Phil, a former manager at Blue Circle Cement, said: “It will be the tenth anniversary of my wife’s death in a few days’ time and that will bring a tear to my eye.

"The fact that she died without knowing what happened to Louise — she was always so desperate to know.”

Phil said the new focus for the Madeleine inquiry gave him fresh hope too. He explained: “It proves that if you keep at things long enough you can eventually discover new facts.”

Christian B is in jail after the 2005 rape of a 72-year-old US widow in Praia da Luz.

Madeleine, three, was abducted from the Portuguese resort in 2007.

Cases since linked to the suspect include the disappearance in Portugal of six-year-old René Hasee, from Elsdorf, Germany, on June 21, 1996.

Inga Gehricke, five, went missing during a family party in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt in 2015 while Christian B was in the area.

And prostitute Monika Pawlak, 24, vanished in Hanover, Germany, in the early hours of New Year's Day 2010.

Her dismembered body was found on January 4 in two blue rubbish bags in a river.
