El scottoYour cell phone has a serial number. Everything in your vehicle that receives radio frequencies has a serial number. All of these serial numbers are in at least one database. Most of these devices are in a least two databases; who made the device and who is sending you info.For most of us our cell phones, anything from a satellite (Sirius, GPS maps), and the modem in your vehicle can be tracked. I'm not sure how hard it would be to disconnect your vehicle's modem but I would imagine it's very hard.The real question is: What is your being connected/being surveyed comfort ratio/level?What's the frequency Kenneth?
