This Is Us creator Dan Fogelman is trying to make your heart explode with Life Itself, another multigenerational tale of love and family, and he probably had you at the first few bars of that song in the trailer. In case you haven't hugged a body pillow and ugly-cried to it in the dark before (LOL, I haven't either . . . ) you do need to put it on your rotation. The track, by Band of Horses, is titled "The Funeral." It's off their 2006 album Everything All the Time and was forever immortalized in an episode of the MTV series My Life as Liz.
