We&#x27;ll Reveal A Deep Truth About You, But First You Must Bake A Cake

You're a people pleaser and you want others to like you, which is why you're always ready to give a helping hand when someone asks you for a favor. However, sometimes (or even oftentimes) you agree to help people even when it puts you at a disadvantage, or when you're just not up for it. You're still learning that it's okay to be a little selfish once in a while, and that you're allowed to say "no" to people.

You have trouble putting your needs first

When you're around people, you're the life of the party — or, at least, you contribute to the conversation and have a great time. This leads other people to think you're an extrovert, when really, those interactions take a LOT of out of you, and you require plenty of time by yourself to recharge.

You're more of an introvert than people realize

You've had some pretty good accomplishments, and you know you should be proud, but you can't help feeling that almost everything you've gotten has been a bit of a fluke. You experience Impostor Syndrome, and are afraid that you don't actually know what you're doing — even when you know you've worked hard to get where you are.

You feel like most of your successes have been pure luck

Although you're making it through each day in an acceptable fashion, you're just feeling a bit bogged down by it all. When one worry is resolved, another just pops up, and you feel a bit overwhelmed by everything that's coming at you. You just need to remind yourself to take everything one step at a time, and to forgive yourself for not getting everything right on the first try.

You're feeling a bit overwhelmed by life

You get lonely easily, and have strong feelings of FOMO. Are you making the most out of life? What is everyone else doing? Why aren't you out with them? But once you go out in a big group, you feel a bit overwhelmed and miss the solitude and comfort of your own company. You're still trying to find the right balance of "friend time" and "me time."

You hate being alone — until you're in a big group

You know that the only way to improve is to honestly examine your mistakes, so you like to analyze situations in which you've faltered so you don't do the same thing again. But this has led to you looking for mistakes in _every_ situation, even ones that have gone well, or at least were neutral. You worry that you spend so much energy on analyzing that you don't spend enough time truly _enjoying_.

You overanalyze every situation
