    Pepsi marketing head Vipul Prakash quits; Vishal Kaul to succeed

    Prakash will be succeeded by Vishal Kaul, who recently joined back the firm after a brief stint with cab hailing start-up Ola. Kaul has been associated wth PepsiCo since 1999.

    “PepsiCo India has built a strong talent pipeline by giving people a mix of different critical experiences in India and internationally,” PepsiCo India chairman Ahmed ElSheikh said.
    Beverage and snack maker PepsiCo’s senior VP (beverages) Vipul Prakash has quit the firm ending a 20-year stint, the latest in a spate of exits over the past six months. In his latest role, Prakash was heading marketing for beverages.
    Prakash will be succeeded by Vishal Kaul, who recently joined back the firm after a brief stint with cab hailing start-up Ola. Kaul has been associated wth PepsiCo since 1999.

    Prakash, with PepsiCo since 1998, has been through diverse roles across marketing and franchise functions, at sector and global levels.

    “PepsiCo India has built a strong talent pipeline by giving people a mix of different critical experiences in India and internationally,” PepsiCo India chairman Ahmed ElSheikh said.
