It's an age-old battle — breast vs. bottle, but Ontario-based documentary photographer Mikaela Bodkin feels that the most important thing is just to get these babies fed.
Having spent her infancy in a Romanian orphanage, the photographer was badly malnourished when her parents brought her home to Canada.
In her raw, beautifully unfiltered style, Bodkin captures all kinds of mothers nurturing and bonding with their babies through feeding time.
