Famously unwed actors Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell have found the secret to staying together long-term — but that doesn't mean they're committed to staying in their house forever. The couple listed their very private and very homey Pacific Palisades mansion for $7.25 million in Fall 2016 and Variety is exclusively reporting that they just sold it for $6.9 million. While it went a bit below asking, the A-listers still made money on the deal since they purchased the property in 2004 for just over $4 million before they, according to the listing, "thoughtfully" renovated it in 2006.

The 6,389-square-foot property has five bedrooms, including a double-level guest suite with soaring vaulted ceilings, and five bathrooms, so there's plenty of room for their adorable family to spend the night. When the talented brood isn't hanging out in the sun-drenched living room, cozying up in the spacious master suite — it has its own en suite fireplace, spa tub, and dry sauna — or cooking in the sprawling central kitchen, they can stay busy enjoying the pool and lush grounds outside.

The house is filled with spectacular skylights and hardwood floors, and the decor is a blend of worldly bohemian and shabby-chic, California cool. While the vibe is very low-key and welcoming, unique elements — such as a meditation room and fully equipped fitness studio — are reminders of the home's movie star owners.
